What are the steps to become a real estate agent in PA?

If you are a self-starter, with a burning desire to become a real estate salesperson. You will likely be willing to dedicate time to preparing to pass your state and national licensing exams. Once passed and your license is accepted by the state Real Estate Commission, you can begin to advertise your services after teaming up with a brokerage.

The licensing cycles are 2 years long and require continuing education to maintain/renew as well. Therefore, be prepared to learn often to stay relevant in the field.
